⭐ TV Remote Control
The TV remote is placed on the TV shelf for your convenience. Please return it to the same place after use.

⭐ Wi-Fi Network & Password
It will be sent to you in your reservation message.

⭐ No Parties or Events
No parties or events are allowed. Disturbances, anti-social behaviour, or complaints from neighbours may result in removal from the property, a £1,000 charge, and police involvement.

⭐ No Smoking, Vaping, or Cannabis
Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking, including cannabis smell, ashes, cigarette butts, or vape residue, will result in a £300 specialist cleaning and deodorising fee.

⭐ Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are strictly 22:00–08:00. Please respect the neighbours at all times.

⭐ Keys
Keys must be returned to the lockbox at check-out. A £150 fee applies for lost, damaged, or unreturned keys.

♻️ Bins, Recycling & Council Collections

For longer stays, guests are responsible for managing household waste and recycling. Please separate rubbish into the correct coloured bins and put the appropriate bin(s) out at the designated collection point in time for scheduled council collections. After collection, please return the bins to their normal storage area.

♻️ Which bin should I use?

🟢 Green Bin – General Waste
General household rubbish that cannot be recycled or composted. Black rubbish bags containing general waste should go in the GREEN bin, NOT the grey recycling bin.

🔵 Blue Bin – Paper & Card
Paper, cardboard and card packaging.

⚫ Grey Bin – Mixed Recycling
Plastics, metal cans/tins, cartons, soft plastics and plastic film. Please put recyclable items directly and loose into the grey bin. Do NOT put recycling inside black bin bags. Empty the recyclable items directly into the grey bin.

🟣 Purple Bin – Glass
Glass bottles and jars only.

🟤 Brown Bin – Food & Garden Waste
Garden waste.

⚠️ Please use the correct bin. Incorrectly sorted or contaminated recycling bins may not be collected.
