• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• A valid form of identification may be required prior to check-in

• Payment terms vary depending on the booking platform or direct agreement
• Direct bookings may require full or partial payment in advance

• Guests are responsible for the property during their stay and must follow all house rules
• Any damage caused during the stay must be reported and may be charged accordingly

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of breach of terms or inappropriate behaviour

• Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless agreed otherwise in advance

• For long stays, contractor bookings, or corporate agreements, custom terms may apply

• Ion Boisteanu Stays is not liable for loss of personal belongings during the stay
